JODI: Russia remains world's 2nd largest oil producer in June
MOSCOW, Aug 19 (PRIME) -- Russia retained its position of the world’s second largest oil producer after the U.S. in June, when its output grew by 0.06% on the month to 9.734 million barrels per day, the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) said in a report on Thursday.
The U.S. produced 11.153 million barrels per day, a 0.7% fall. Saudi Arabia’s output rose by 4.5% to 8.927 million barrels per day.
